I could have made this a much longer post, but decided to keep it as simple as I could.

Use the Scripture in your prayer.

Why?

Three reasons:

• Because you will pray better.

• Because you will pray more in line with God’s will.

• Because you will be less bored and more engaged in your prayers.

Why is this important?

¹⁴ And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. ¹⁵ And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.

Pray according to the will of God and you can pray with confidence.
