Wednesday is for Inspiration
But we know that the faith that saves is never alone. It pulls us toward him. It draws us into an undying allegiance to him. Which is why quotes like these convict and inspire us. Our hearts yearn to go beyond where we are into a deeper and richer commitment to him who lived, died, rose and is coming again to judge the living and the dead (1 Tim. 4)
“True Christianity is an all-out commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Savior is not looking for men and women who will give their spare evening to Him–or their weekends–or their years of retirement. Rather He seeks those who will give Him first place in their lives. ‘He looks today, as He has ever looked, not for crowds drifting aimlessly in His track, but for individual men and women whose undying allegiance will spring from their having recognized that He wants those who are prepared to follow the path of self-renunciation which He trod before them.’–H.A. Evan Hopkins.”

Does the beauty and grace of Christ demand anything less that our all?
