Sunday Musings

  1. Choose a topic that will never go out of date.
  2. Be a person whose life embodies the topic.
  3. Think and pray hard about the topic.
  4. Be willing to sacrifice everything for the topic.
  5. Write a great first paragraph.
  6. Sustain the power of your first paragraph for the length of your book.
  7. Finish the book before you die as a martyr for the cause of Christ.

We are fighting today for costly grace.”

Dietrich Bonhoeffer, The Cost of Discipleship.
