Your Word have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against thee (Ps 119:11) The short little verse that has guided my acquisition of the Word of God for many years. I do think that this hiding of the Word is a very individualistic process. Mine just happens to be a process that works for a compulsive bookworm. I read and reread the Scriptures, seeking to hide the Word in my heart. The Spirit brings the appropriate passage to mind as needed BTW: I’m not a finished project.
