Wednesday is for Prayer
2 Thessalonians 3:13-15 (ESV)
13 As for you, brothers, do not grow weary in doing good.
14 If anyone does not obey what we say in this letter, take note of that person, and have nothing to do with him, that he may be ashamed. 15 Do not regard him as an enemy, but warn him as a brother.
We are so fickle. You can already see it in the news cycle. The media and the public are growing weary of the news out of Japan. But God’s people must be different. We must care for people, locally and globally for the long haul. God is with us when we are with him and he wants us to be alongside the suffering. Please keep praying for Japan and whatever God might cause you to do, (give, go, send).
