Without a process of ministry, a specific way of exposing new believers …
- to what they must know to grow,
- what they must do to multiply,
- how they can use their gifts in serving Christ and his Church,
- and how they can impact their neighborhood with the love of Christ
… a church, whether traditional or organic, large or small, suburban, urban or rural, cannot be faithful to Christ and his mission to make disciples.
