“The Lord our Rock has been our refuge and strength in the day.
Now, as we give ourselves to sleep, may He be our trust and stay in the night.
May our rest be sweet and our dreams be pleasant.
And may His demonstrated power and care for Israel of old
be the encouragment our spirit needs that He will care for us as well,
so that when we rise in the morning,
