Really good stuff here Marty, Thank you. A suggestion for a future post – dealing with the challenges of caring for believers (and the expectations of the long-time church goers) and helping them to think and act on the mission that God has given his church of making disciples. I know these are not conflicting things, but sometimes it can feel like they are.
