Two New Books with New Additions

During the Covid and the quarantines in 2020-21, I finished four manuscripts for books. One was published in 2022 (The Ultimate Book of Names: All the Names of God in Every Book of the Bible). A second book, is now available in paperback and Amazon Kindle editions (Liturgies for Life: A Companion to a Life of Prayer). Speaking of the early church, here’s a paragraph from early in the book:

“They had a pattern of life that was designed to make every day and every moment sacred. Three times a day, morning, mid-day and evening, Jews of Jesus’ day would stop to pray and remember the goodness of God. It was a way of calling the heart to remember the Shema, the ancient call to love God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength (Deut. 6:4-9; Mark 12:29-31). LITURGIES FOR LIFE is an attempt to help the modern follower of Jesus to pick up an ancient pattern as a part of their own spiritual formation and desire to live passionately for and like Christ.”

Today, this book came out with a Kindle edition (with a different cover).

If you get a copy of either for yourself, please leave a review on Amazon.
