Is it just me or have some bloggers gotten too petty and myopic? I think some blogs out there seem to be entirely focused on criticism of other believers or the church. What do you think?

I don’t read a ton of blogs but I’ve noticed a lot of internal animosity in the American church recently (though I’m sure it’s gone on since the church began). Especially around the Radical ‘movement’ — seems to be stepping on toes and I’ve seen some mean-spiritedness on both sides.
I keep reminding myself and the group of guys I’ve been involved in that we need to consider ourselves and how we live first. Are we following and serving Jesus as closely as we are able? That in itself should be a full-time struggle.

Amen brother. Too many busybodies and busybody tendencies in each of us. It is a full time struggle to fight the battle of sin in my own life.

You make an excellent point here friend. Probably speaks loudly of Scripture’s continuous command to edify the body of Christ. Good thought.
