Monday is for Discussion
One month left to summer. September and October will bring cooler weather and after that, the annual retreat into our homes for the winter. Three months to enjoy and engage (at least, here in the Chicago area).
What will you do to enjoy the remainder of the summer and how will you engage your neighbors with the gospel?
Share your ideas and plans here. Let’s encourage one another to faithfulness and joy. Faithfulness and joy–two responsibilities of all believers in Christ are handmaidens in the work of evangelism. Let our joy in Christ find expression in our faithfulness to Christ in the way we use our days.

I’m going to my association’s Night Out(kind of like the suburbs version of Take Back the Night) to meet more of my neighbors

Great! consider taking someone with you. Pray before you go. Love ’em and look for the Spirit’s direction.
I’m letting the neighbors know about a Bible study in the Fall, probably an Alpha Course study. Let’s pray for one another.

*Golfing with a neighbor
