I don’t remember who it was who introduced me to Ann Voskamp‘s blog. Maybe it was LlamaMomma? Whoever it was, thank you, thank you! In my humble but completely accurate opinion, Ann is one of the finest devotional writers of our time.

Ann is a Canadian farmer’s wife raising 6 children and harvesting words for the glory of God. Ann is an artist with her pen, her eyes, her camera and her vision of God. She has great theology and a heart for mission.

Every trip to her site is an opportunity for spiritual discovery.

Worship Leaders: The archives of Ann’s blog can be mined for some great calls to worship. They were not written for that purpose but they will function admirably for that purpose.

Mothers: You will find honesty and help for your parenting trials.

Dads: Read between the lines and the vignettes of her husband and you will learn much about how to love a woman to the freeing of her gifts.

All: You will find nurture and encouragement for your soul in all that Ann writes. Read slowly. Take your time. Read to the rhythm of the sound track she supplies. Enjoy.
