Easter is over but we live in the midst of resurrection power. Yesterday, thousands of men and women, boys and girls all around the world placed there faith in Christ for the first time. The media isn’t going to report that. They would much rather focus on sex abuse in the Catholic Church or that warped cult in Texas that calls itself a baptist church and pickets the funerals of fallen soldiers.
But those of us who love the risen Christ, who have been touched by his Spirit, forgiven through his blood, and set apart for his service–we know that the Lord is alive and still changing lives. Great news. Good news. News to rejoice in forever.
